I help teams fix the friction they’ve stopped noticing.

I’m Mana Rasoulzadeh, founder of BASEique—a behavior-first consulting practice that helps organizations make change actually work.

I created the B.A.S.E. Method to solve the part of transformation most playbooks ignore: the messy middle between strategy and execution. It’s where tools get skipped, handoffs fall apart, and even the best ideas quietly stall.

Whether you're implementing AI, untangling a workflow, or trying to get teams aligned across functions, I help leaders surface the real blockers—behavioral, operational, and structural—and build systems people actually trust and use.

This work is personal. Practical. And rooted in what actually makes change stick.

My background blends clinical training in mental health counseling with a decade of experience in program management, change enablement, and operational strategy. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives inside global enterprises, scaled platforms in SaaS and healthcare, and worked across the full lifecycle of change—from design to rollout to recovery.

I’m Lean Six Sigma certified and Agile-trained, but more importantly, I know when to adapt structure and when to remove it. That mix gives me a perspective most frameworks miss: how people think, how they decide, and why systems succeed or stall.

“Change doesn’t fail because people resist. It fails because no one designed for how they work.”
